Formerly one of the nation's youngest School of Business Deans, the youngest community college Development Director on the East Coast, Krofta Engineering's first female Sales & Marketing Area Manager, and a business coach since 1998, she has fifteen years' experience with precedent-setting leadership.

She hasworked with thousands of employees in numerous business units such as Finance, IT, Sales,Marketing, R & D, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, HR and Customer Support.
