Dick Heller

Dick Heller is President of Full Extension LLC. He is an energetic and enlightening consultant, trainer, and speaker who has worked with organizations in the U.S. and abroad to design programs that enhance leadership, branding, team building, and customer service in climates of change. He has consulted with senior management groups to create leadership and organizational development interventions aimed at achieving and surpassing corporate and business objectives. Dick works with all levels of organizational personnel on these issues, stressing alignment, implementation and action.

Dick brings a unique combination of perspectives to his speaking, consulting, and training. He spent over ten years with the Tom Peters Company as a consultant and facilitator, ultimately serving as Vice President and Chief Inspiration Officer. Prior to joining TPC, Dick spent five years in program development and consulting with ODI, a major TQM company focused on issues of productivity and quality in a wide variety of organizations.

Before he began to focus on organizational issues, Dick was a director with public television in Boston (WGBH-TV) and ran his own video production company for a number of years. His directing experience included broadcasts of the Boston Symphony and Pops Orchestras, the children’s program “ZOOM,” and numerous corporate education and marketing projects.

Over the years his clients have included Bank of America, AT&T, AIG, Fidelity Investments, UBS, Ernst & Young, Gillette, Microsoft, Herman Miller, Mead Johnson, Consumers Energy, Smith Barney, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories. He holds a bachelors degree from Williams College and a masters from Brandeis University.

Dick has a view of the world of work that encompasses passion, energy, and perception. As an avid scuba diver, art historian, crossword constructor and photographer, Dick is always searching for new ways of looking at our lives and the way we work. A major theme of Dick’s outlook is the courage to risk change, and his brand promise, based on success and experience, reads: “I’ll get you to stick your neck out!”
