Seminar Facilitation

Bridge Group Communications provides facilitation of all of The Citizen Leader Seminars.

The Citizen Leader Seminars can be conducted either alone or in combination. Each is a stand-alone seminar lasting approximately six hours. This allows you to have a seminar session lasting one day to four days, or a sequenced series of seminars over time. You determine your learning objectives, and choose the seminars that will help you to meet them.

We encourage you to invite us into your deliberations as you make your plans. We have considerable experience across a broad spectrum of clients to draw, on in order to help you formulate the series or combination of seminars to meet the learning objectives of your team or community.

Your Investment

Your investment in the seminar session will depend on these factors:

• planning and preparation for the session
• number of The Citizen Leader Seminars selected for the session
• number of participants per session
• number of Bridge Group master facilitators who will be leading the session
• whether a leadership behaviors assessment tool is included

Ideally, if your plans call for you to conduct The Citizen Leader Seminars on a regular basis, we would encourage you to allow us to certify you and others in your organization or community to lead and facilitate the seminars.
